Zoho forms is a software solution that let's you create visually appealing forms easily with a no-code online form builder, for all your data collection needs. Integrating Zoho SalesIQ with Zoho Forms will allow you to receive the data collected on the forms within SalesIQ enabling visitor identification using the forms input data.
How does this integration help?
- This integration helps to transfer the data received on the Zoho Form embedded on a website to SalesIQ, thereby allowing visitor identification using the forms input data.
- Also, when a new visitor who has not interacted with the chat widget, adds their details to a Zoho form and then they initiate a chat on the SalesIQ chat widget, SalesIQ will automatically identify them using the details collected from the Zoho form.
- The visitor details will be stored in SalesIQ and they can be nurtured using the other visitor information available on SalesIQ. They can also be pushed to CRM as a lead or contact, added to campaigns and much more with all the SalesIQ features.
To integrate your Zoho Form with Zoho SalesIQ,
- Build a form or select an existing form on your Zoho Forms dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Zoho SalesIQ from the left menu.
- Click Integrate.
- Select your Zoho SalesIQ Portal and Website from the dropdown. 'Website' refers to your brand on SalesIQ.
- Map Zoho SalesIQ's Email field with the corresponding Zoho Forms Email field.
- To map more fields, click on Add Fields.
- Map the required fields and then click on Integrate to save your settings.
- The visitor tracking code will be generated. In case the SalesIQ code is not already embedded on your website, copy and paste the generated Visitor Tracking Code to your website’s HTML source file right before the closing </body> tag.
Note: If the SalesIQ widget code has already been embedded on your website, this code should not be pasted again.
