Configuring Zoho SalesIQ for your Zoho Commerce 

There are two ways to install SalesIQ on your Zoho Commerce site.
  1. Using the integration option on Zoho Commerce
  2. Adding the SalesIQ code snippet directly to Zoho Commerce site

1. Using the integration option on Zoho Commerce

  1. To configure, login to your Zoho Commerce dashboard and choose the website you would like to add Zoho SalesIQ.

  1. Now, click Settings in the website editor page.

  1. Choose Zoho SalesIQ - Live Chat under the Integrations section.

  1. The SalesIQ configuration page will then appear. Choose the Portal name and the SalesIQ brand you want to add live chat to.

  1. If you wish to display the chat widget on your website, toggle the Add Live Chat option.

  1. Click on Connect.

  1. You will get the success message for the integration. Now, click on Back to Dashboard at the top left.

  1. Hit Publish at the top right to publish your website.

  1. The SalesIQ Live Chat widget will now be visible on your website.

2. Adding the SalesIQ code snippet to Zoho Commerce site

  1. From the Zoho Commerce dashboard, choose the website you would like to add Zoho SalesIQ.

  1. Click on Site builder on the left hand side menu.

  1. Click on the plus (+) icon at the top left and choose Element.

  1. In the Elements panel, scroll down to Others section and choose Code Snippet.

  1. Add a name for your code snippet and paste your preferred brand's SalesIQ code snippet in the Paste your code area. Click on OK.

  1. Back on the site builder page, hit Publish to publish the website.

  1. The SalesIQ Live Chat widget will now be visible on your website.

Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Brands. Click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include the chat widget in.
  3. Select Installation > Website, click on the code to copy it.
